Do you work as trainer in the area of intercultural (cross- or multicultural) communication, consultant on conflict in a multicultural context or of intercultural leadership and management? Then I invite you to take one more minute to read on.

Providing trainings on intercultural competence is a privilege and a challenge. From time to time I need to step back, take a deep breath and reflect with others on how I’m doing and to pick up some fresh ideas and perspectives.

This supervision aims to provide trainers, educators and consultants of intercultural competence an opportunity to
- reflect on their best practices
- learn and share insights
- and to learn from specific cases in rapid consulting puzzle dashes.

The supervision will take place in Bern and for those who wish to join remotely on Zoom.
