Zusammen mit Sibylle Stamm entwickle ich einen neuen Kurs für Menschen im Sicherheitsbereich die Verhandlungen und Befragungen führen. Dieser wird im September 2017 an der FHNW durchgeführt.

Verhandlungs- und Befragungssituationen sind oft anspruchsvoll, insbesondere dann, wenn Personen aus verschiedenen Kulturkreisen involviert sind. Wir tendieren dazu, Gesprächsinhalte und bestimmte Ziele in den Fokus zu nehmen, wodurch die Art und Weise, wie kommuniziert wird, in den Hintergrund rückt.

Cultural intelligence (CQ) is when we use reflection and analysis of a specific moment or communication or behaviour to understand what we have in common and to find ways to build understanding. CQ is specific, exact and I build competence by seeking to understand my counterpart in the now.

I love working as consultant on multicultural competence, focusing on conflict and communication. However I do this while living with constant pain. Over the years I have learnt to accept physical pain, allowing me to live a rich and full life but in the presence of these pains. In coaching sessions with clients and friends I have started sharing my approach and shared how I live with pain and don't go crazy. The book will be available end of May. Dem Lebensende bewusst entgegensehen – den Tod thematisieren – ist eine Entscheidung, die Mark Moser für sich getroffen hat. Seine Krankheit mit chronischen Schmerzen ist nicht heilbar – sein Körper angeschlagen. Nun ist er dabei, im Leben loszulassen.

Wirksame Kommunikation bedingt Kompetenz im verstehen von nonverbale Sprache. In diesem Kurs lernen wir Makro- und Mikroexpressionen zu sehen und deuten.

Um meine Körpersprache wirkungsvoll einzusetzen bedarf es Bewusstsein um meine Wirkung auf andere zu erkennen, die Fähigkeit meine Signale zu steuern (Bewusstsein und Steuerungskompetenz) sowie eine klare Wirkungsabsicht. 

Zurzeit bin ich daran, eine Weiterbildung im Bereich der nonverbalen Kommunikation für Personen im Sicherheitsbereich zu entwickeln. Es ist faszinierend zu erkennen was mein Körper durch nonverbale Signale sagt.

Where do you come from? This is such a simple question but one that challenges some of us.
“Home is when I am connected with myself and my community of people where I feel accepted and loved.” This is my most common answer and most truthful response.
